I am pleased that my print ‘A Moment in Time’ has been selected to be part of this international exhibition curated by BrouhahaArt. Although my art is generally non-representational, my long-term project ‘The Old Stones’ is inspired by neolithic traces in the landscape observed whilst walking the coasts of Britain and Brittany. This print was inspired by visiting the Ness of Brodgar in Orkney and I wanted to express the sense of the stones existing as a persistent presence in a wider scale of both space and time.
